Relates to education,relates to public institution tuition practices, to require annual reports tuition practices be posted on the website of the Alabama Commission on Higher Education; amends Section 36-21-102, Code of Alabama 1975, relating to the administration of the Police Officer’s and Firefighter’s Survivors Educational Assistance Program, to include any dependant natural child of a law enforcement officer, firefighter, or rescue squad member.
