ALLOW CAMPUS POLICE AGENCIES OF THE CONSTITUENT INSTITUTIONS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF NORTH CAROLINA TO SELL, TRADE, OR OTHERWISE DISPOSE OF ANY OR ALL SURPLUS WEAPONS IN THEIR POSSESSION TO ANY FEDERALLY LICENSED FIREARM DEALER
Allows campus police agencies of the constituent institutions of the University of North Carolina to sell, trade, or otherwise dispose of any or all surplus weapons in their possession to any federally licensed firearm dealer.
