Amend Sections and to enact section 2923.111 of the Revised Code to rename a concealed handgun license as a concealed weapons license,

Renames a concealed handgun license as a concealed weapons license,allows a concealed weapons licensee to carry concealed all deadly weapons not otherwise prohibited by law,expands state preemption of firearms regulation to include all deadly weapons,repeals a notice requirement for licensees stopped for law enforcement purposes,authorizes expungement of related convictions,allows a person age 21 or older to carry a concealed deadly weapon without a license.
