AN ACT concerning crimes, punishment and criminal procedure,relating to law enforcement policies,custodial interrogations,deception,amending K.S.A. 2019 Supp. 22-4620 and repealing the existing section.

Requires law enforcement agencies to adopt policies regarding false information relayed to individuals during custodial interrogations.
