Amends the Juvenile Court Act,provides that if a minor is committed to the Department of Juvenile Justice the clerk of the court shall forward to the Department all police reports for sex offenses allegedly committed or committed by the minor,amends the Unified Code of Corrections,provides that the Department of Juvenile Justice shall maintain and administer all State youth centers.
