Requires a certain law enforcement agency to report a certain arrest of a certain student to the Maryland Center for School Safety, the State Board of Education, and the State’s Attorney,requires the State’s Attorney to notify the Center and the State Board of the disposition of a certain reportable offense,authorizes the Center and the State Board to transmit certain information as a confidential file to a certain county superintendent of schools or a certain nonpublic school under certain circumstance.
