AN ACT concerning law enforcement,relating to hiring of law enforcement officers,allegations of serious misconduct,relating to law enforcement disciplinary records,subject to open records act,amending K.S.A. 2019 Supp. 45-221 and repealing the existing section.
Prohibits hire of certain law enforcement officers with history of serious misconduct allegations, makes certain law enforcement disciplinary records public records.
