Requires a certain policy developed and published by the Police Training and Standards Commission to address the use of a body worn camera by an off duty law enforcement officer authorized or approved by a law enforcement agency to work secondary employment who is in the uniform of the agency or is carrying or possessing a firearm as a part of the officer’s official duties.
