Authorizes the Office of Legislative Audits to compel by subpoena or otherwise certain records and the appearance of a person under oath as a witness,authorizes the Office to coordinate an investigation with certain law enforcement units,requires certain law enforcement units to cooperate and share information as needed to further an investigation.
