Establishes the Public Safety Bureau in the Comptroller’s Office,includes certain employees of the Public Safety Bureau of the Comptroller’s Office and certain employees of the Division of the Office of the Executive Director of the Alcohol and Tobacco Commission in the defined term police officer in connection with provisions of law relating to the authority to make arrests and the Police Training and Standards Commission.
