Authorizes the establishment of certain law enforcement diversion programs subject to certain restrictions,authorizes certain individuals to participate in certain programs,authorizes certain providers to provide case management including certain approaches,requires certain planning for the implementation of certain programs,requires the Governor’s Office of Crime Control and Prevention to submit a report on the number of law enforcement encounters that resulted in a behavioral health services.
