Relates to community safety and criminal justice,provides law enforcement requirements and reports on officer excessive force use,provides public records exemptions do not apply to body camera recordings,provides for civil action against an officer acting under color of law of this state or its political subdivisions for deprivation of rights secured under us and State Constitutions,excludes persons seeking to take enforcement of law into their own hands from provisions protecting use of deadly force.
