Provides definitions and establishes an Officer Shooting Review Board to investigate any shooting of an individual by a law enforcement officer or officers or any deadly incident involving law enforcement,sets requirements for board members,provides duties of the board,specifies requirements related to investigatory work performed by the State Police Critical Incident Response Team on behalf of the board,establishes investigatory procedures and protocols,provides requirements for submission.
