AN ACT requiring the division of state police to maintain an electronic database containing criminal history record information which would be accessible to an individual, and to a state agency, to obtain public criminal history record information about applicants for positions or as a condition for occupational licensure,removes the notarization requirement for requesting a criminal history records check for purposes of employment and occupational licensing.
