AN ACT To amend and reenact R.S. 17:3351(C)(1) and the introductory paragraph of (C)(2) and (3) and to enact R.S. 17:1805(I) and 3351(C)(3)(i), relative to authority of university or college police officers to maintain and administer opiate antagonist nasal sprays,to require each postsecondary education management board and each postsecondary institution to develop policies governing the supply and administration of opiate antagonist nasal sprays,and to provide for related matters.
