AN ACT To amend Article 2 of Chapter 4 of Title 17 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to arrest by law enforcement officers generally, so as to prohibit officers from use of force maneuvers that restrict blood or oxygen flow to the brain,to provide for related matters,to repeal conflicting laws,and for other purposes.
