Relates to investigating sexual assault,provides for the retention of evidence of sexual assault when the victim chooses not to immediately report the assault,provides for a sexual assault case tracking system,relates to general provisions regarding law enforcement officers and agencies,requires law enforcement agencies to enter certain information into the Violent Criminal Apprehension Program established and maintained by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
