Amends a section regarding a law enforcement officer shall not use a choke hold with or without the use of a police baton, on any person unless the officer reasonably believes that deadly force is authorized,provides definition,relates to the law enforcement training,relates to the developing a policy regarding de-escalation,relates to duty to intervene,relates to shooting at moving vehicles,relates to use of force reporting.
