AN ACT To repeal sections 50.327, 57.317, 566.145, 575.095, 590.030, 590.070, and 590.500, RSMo, and to enact in lieu thereof thirteen new sections relating to law enforcement officers, with penalty provisions and a delayed effective date for a certain section.

Relates to law enforcement officers,modifies provisions relating to to sexual conduct in the course of public duty with certain detainees,modifies provisions relating to the offense of using of a laser pointer against a uniformed safety officer,provides fingerprinting requirements for peace officer licensure,provides immunity for chief executive officers of law enforcement agencies if they are in compliance with a certain section.
