Relates to crisis intervention team program, relates to annual report, requires the Department of Criminal Justice Services and the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services to report annually by specified date to the Chairmen of the House Committee on Public Safety, the Senate Committee on the Judiciary, and the Joint Commission on Health Care on the status of crisis intervention team programs in the Commonwealth, including the number of programs and the criteria developed for each area.
