Relates to decertification of law enforcement officers, requires any Sheriff, Chief of Police, or agency administrator to notify the Criminal Justice Services Board in writing within a specified number of hours of becoming aware that any certified law enforcement or jail officer currently employed by his agency has been terminated for engaging in misconduct, as set forth in the bill, requires the Board to initiate decertification proceedings against such current or former law enforcement or jail officer.
