If a police/law enforcement officer deprives any individual of their rights, subjects them to any unwarranted punishment via this violation of rights (based on their race), or causes bodily harm to them via this violation of rights, they must be fined and/or imprisoned.
Unwarranted punishment ~ no more than 1 year
Use of weapons/explosives/fire ~ no more than 10 years
Kidnap, sexual abuse, kill (attempt to or actual occurrence) ~ any number of years
