HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE HONOLULU POLICE DEPARTMENT TO IMPLEMENT IMPROVEMENTS TO STREAMLINE THE EXISTING GUN OWNERSHIP AND PERMITTING PROCESS, INCLUDING THROUGH THE USE OF ANY FORMS OF TECHNOLOGY, FOR LAW ABIDING CITIZENS IN THE CITY AND COUNTY OF HONOLULU.
Requests the Honolulu Police Department to implement improvements to streamline the existing gun ownership and permitting process, including through the use of any forms of technology, for law abiding citizens in the city and county of Honolulu.
