Relates to law enforcement interagency transfers,authorizes the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol and the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement Commission to enter into certain agreements,prescribes minimum and maximum assignment period,grants rule making authority,relates to powers and duties of the Commission Director,relates to the powers and duties of the Commissioner.
