Establishes a sexual assault survivors’ bill of rights and would provide that no sexual assault victim can be questioned without being provided his or her rights under this act which include the right to consent to the police pursuing any charges or investigation of a complaint of sexual assault, the right to be provided an attorney before questioning, the right to be provided a sexual assault counselor before questioning.
