Amends the law enforcement officers bill of rights,provides greater accountability in the disciplinary process over law enforcement officers,provides that upon a finding that a law enforcement officer has violated a law or department of rule or regulation, the chief of police may impose discipline up to and including termination of employment,provides that the police officer may appeal the chief’s decision to a hearing committee,provides that the committee may affirm, reverse, or modify the decision.
