RELATING TO STATE AFFAIRS AND GOVERNMENT — LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS’ BILL OF RIGHTS

Increases the number of committee members in a law enforcement officers’ bill of rights hearing,mandates that any hearing be commenced within a certain time of the selection of the committee,allows for summary punishment of suspension,mandates that any officer charged with a felony or imprisoned on a misdemeanor have their pay suspended while the case is pending.
