Requiring the School Law Enforcement Partnership to develop a process and framework that would require mandatory interagency cross between school districts, county offices of education, and law enforcementagencies of threats of serious school crimes, including, but not necessarily limited to, school shootings, hate crimes, vandalism, drug and alcohol use, gang membership, and gang violence, that would trigger immediate intervention.
