The Combating Violence, Disorder And Looting And Law Enforcement Protection Act

Creates the Combating Violence, Disorder and Looting and Law Enforcement Protection Act of Mississippi,defines terms relating to such act,provides that anyone who acts with an assembly of six or more people and creates an immediate danger or disturbs any other person’s legal right of enjoyment shall be guilty of a felony,provides a defense to prosecution,prohibits any person in an assembly from obstructing traffic.
