To amend Code Section 17-4-20 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to authorization of arrests, use of deadly force, adoption or promulgation of conflicting regulations, policies, ordinances, and resolutions, and authority of nuclear power facility security officer, so as to provide for standards for use of force by law enforcement,to prohibit the use of chokeholds by law enforcement officers,to provide for a definition,to provide for related matters,to provide for an effective date,to repeal conflicting laws,and for other purposes.
