To authorize the Attorney General to make grants to improve the relationship between the police and the communities they serve, and for other purposes.

This bill authorizes the Office of Community Oriented Policing Services within the Department of Justice to make grants that facilitate organized dialogues to build trust, increase accountability, and reduce tension between the community and the police.
