Congrats to our graduates!

Nine McAtee JustScience Lab students received their degrees this past weekend

This past weekend, almost 7,000 Duke students across campus received degrees after years of hard work. We are proud to share that among those graduates were nine of the Wilson Center’s McAtee JustScience Lab students.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude, appreciation, and congratulations to these undergraduate and law students on their accomplishments: Rosa Gibson (J.D.), J’adore Harris-Tavita (A.B.), Karina Lu (A.B.), Anya Milberg (A.B.), Max Tinter (J.D.), Carly Pyles (A.B.), Samantha Richter (A.B.), Levi Schulman (J.D.), and Kriti Vasydevan (A.B.).

Graduates celebrate during Duke University’s 2026 Commencement ceremony in Wallace Wade Stadium on May 10, 2026. Amy Hood ’94, Microsoft executive vice president and chief financial officer, delivered the keynote address. The 2026 Honorary Degree Recipients were Dianne McIntyre, a celebrated dancer and choreographer whose artistry has shaped American dance for more than five decades; Cass Sunstein, one of America’s most influential legal scholars whose work has helped shape modern understanding of constitutional law, administrative law, environmental law, and behavioral economics; and Abby Wambach, a two-time Olympic gold medalist, a FIFA Women’s World Cup champion, and one of the most accomplished athletes in the history of women’s soccer.
