Stella Kreilkamp

Stella Kreilkamp is the Associate Director for Strategy and Operations. She also co-runs the Amicus Lab with Executive Director Yvette Garcia Missri, which files amicus briefs on cases around the country on issues relating to accuracy of evidence, equity, and behavioral health.

Prior to her work at the Wilson Center, Stella worked in financial compliance as well as in education law, where she represented parents and children, ensuring that students with disabilities had their educational needs met.

Stella received her B.A. from Appalachian State University and her J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Outside of the Wilson Center, Stella also works with Legal Services for Children of North Carolina, a non-profit committed to protecting the educational rights of children with disabilities across the state of North Carolina.
