Title - AN ACT relating to public safety,requiring law enforcement agencies to establish early warning systems to identify peace officers who display bias indicators or other problematic behavior,establishing provisions relating to the recording, collection and review of information concerning traffic stops made by law enforcement officers,imposing certain duties on the Department of Public Safety and law enforcement agencies regarding the recording, collection and review of such information,authorizing the Department to adopt regulations relating to the recording, collection and review of such information,requiring the Legislative Commission to appoint a committee to conduct an interim study relating to the establishment of crisis response call centers,and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
