A report in collaboration wih the Quattrone Center for the Fair Administration of Justice. In this report, we describe the results of a state-wide project using public records requests to review the interrogation policies of over 1,000 law enforcement agencies in Pennsylvania. What they found suggests that a state-wide overhaul of interrogation policy and practice is needed in Pennsylvania.
